Access Bars Therapy
What is Access Bars Therapy?
Access Bars is a holistic therapy technique associated with Access Consciousness, a movement founded by Gary Douglas in the 1990s. Access Bars involves gently touching 32 points on the head that correlate to different aspects of life, such as healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, and money, among others.
The aim of Access Bars is to release electromagnetic charge accumulated in the brain through thoughts, ideas, and beliefs that may limit personal growth and well-being.
'The Bars' refers to these 32 points on the head where we store our thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, attitudes, and ideas from current or previous lifetimes. The limitations stored at these points can impact various areas of our lives causing difficulties.
The Access method provides a means to simplify one's life and has proven to assist numerous people in transforming various aspects of their lives, including weight management and cultivating healthier relationships. Access Bars is beneficial for individuals in general of all ages, but can be particularly helpful for those struggling with depression, anxiety, sleep issues, ADHD, or other physical or emotional challenges.
People who have experienced Access Bars sessions often report a variety of benefits, including reduced stress, improved mental clarity, better sleep, and a greater sense of well-being.
